Born in Southwest Florida and raised in Naples, Talia Iannelli combines her lifelong connection to the area with a sharp eye for design and a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida, Talia gained valuable experience in marketing, interior design, and new construction—skills that now give her clients a distinct advantage. Before joining The Bartos Group, Talia worked with a local Bayshore-area builder, where she designed multiple spec homes and developed a strong understanding of construction, craftsmanship, and value. That background, paired with her natural creativity and market insight, allows her to highlight each property’s potential and create a smooth, informed experience for her buyers and sellers. Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and proactive communication, Talia approaches every transaction with professionalism and care.
