Audubon Golf & Country Club is a wonderful, idyllic golf community, the only community of its kind in North Naples, off of Vanderbilt Drive, west of 41. There are 15 sub-communities within Audubon, eight situated west of 41 and six west of Vanderbilt Drive. Many of the homes have wonderful views of the golf course or preserve views, with some homes in the most western part of the community facing west onto Little Hickory Bay and Barefoot Beach, perfect for enjoying sunsets.
Each community is unique and offers a different view of the golf course, lake, preserve or bay view. There is also a significant range in home sizes, from 2,400 sqft to well over 5000 sqft. There are a total of 28 lakes in the community.
There are a variety of floorplans in the community ranging in sizes and home types: condos, attached villas, single family homes and estate homes. Properties start in the $300,000’s up to multi-million estate home properties.
The clubhouse was renovated in 2014, in a traditional, charming florida style and has many fantastic features. There is a formal dining room and sportsbar, and many new renovations to continue, including outdoor dining by the pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a range of classes, personal training and physical therapy offered to members. There is also an active tennis community at Audubon with a variety of clinics being offered. Pickleball courts were recently added and a unique feature of the club is a large croquet lakefront court for members to enjoy. Audubon has an active social schedule, particularly during season, offering members endless entertainment.
All residents of Audubon must be either golf or social members of the club and there are a limited number of non-resident memberships available. Audubon is managed by Troon, offering members rights to play at over 150 exclusive Troon Golf Resorts worldwide at a preferred rate, as well as reciprocals to other clubs in the Naples area.
